Every Winchester piece is handmade to order by our craftsmen. Once complete, your furniture is prepared, wrapped, and entrusted to specialist furniture carriers who deliver with the same care we put into making it.

What to Expect

• Scheduled delivery with advance notice

Our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a convenient date. If a delivery is missed, it will be rescheduled within 7–10 working days.

Access Requirements

Please ensure your chosen piece will fit through all access points, including doorways, stairways, hallways, and lifts. If you have any concerns, we’re here to help.

On the Day

You’ll receive a call when the team is approximately one hour away.

Your furniture will be:

• carefully unpacked and inspected

• placed in the room of your choice

• assembled where required

• all packaging removed and recycled where possible

Your Chesterfield begins its journey only after our craftsmen complete their final quality checks.

Returns

For standard‑size pieces ordered in standard leathers or fabrics, we accept returns for a full refund of the purchase price. You must notify us in writing within five days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and items must be returned in pristine condition.

Refunds are processed immediately upon receipt of the returned furniture.

Custom Orders

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

• Custom Leather or Fabric

• COM (Customer’s Own Material)

• Any material not shown as an option on our website at the time of order
