Craft & Construction
The Mountbatten is individually hand deep‑buttoned across the back and arms, with each pleat shaped by our skilled craftspeople to create a crisp, traditional diamond pattern. The elevated back and generous scroll arms give the model its stately profile, while the hand‑nailed studwork adds precision and character.
The frame is hand‑joined from solid hardwood, dowelled, glued and screwed for enduring strength. Every element is crafted using traditional British upholstery methods to ensure structure, comfort and long‑term durability.
